Pinterest PLF Event 2025
This premium, closed door event needed to really ‘wow’ guests in a way only Pinterest can. Working on this event for the second year in a row, the challenge was to reinvent the Pinvision Leadership Forum in a new relevant way for both Sydney & Melbourne audiences.

Pinterest wanted an event that felt high-end, exclusive and unmistakably Pinterest.
Due to the time poor nature of their guest list, the event needed to offer them a unique, exclusive experience to make the event unmissable. We settled on a three part structure, that incorporated networking, a seated dining experience curated by the one and only, Kylie Kwong, and a keynote speech by Professor Joel Pearson on the future of AI. Set amongst the sculptural & architectural space that is Machine Hall, with signature pops of Pinterest Red to contrast the industrial setting.
Working closely with KK, we designed a menu that drew on indigenous ingredients, played homage to her Australian-Chinese style as well as weaving in elements of storytelling to punctuate the evening.
Complimented with drenched red tablescapes, huge draped fabric and organic florals growing upwards from the floor, custom cocktails by Maybe Sammy and live music & DJ set – the event touched all the senses.
We hosted the Melbourne event inside the Bromley Gallery where guests dined amongst the artworks, fully immersed in the creative, visual environment!
